SMARIIT ACCOUNT / BETA
Beta Privacy Notice
Updated October 1, 2026
Your account
Smariit uses Supabase Auth to manage your email, password authentication and session. Your password is handled by Supabase Auth; Smariit does not store a separate password database. Your profile stores your name and optional company name, linked to your account ID.
Why this data is used
Account data is used to register and verify your account, sign you in, recover access and display or update your profile. Authentication emails are sent through the email service configured for this Beta.
Cookies and security checks
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the Turnstile security check. Supabase processes account data. These providers also process technical information required to deliver and protect their services. Links to their privacy notices are provided below.
Your local work
Invoices, orders and inventory in the current tools remain in browser or desktop storage. Registration does not upload, sync or replace them. Keep separate backups; clearing local storage may remove this work.
Beta environment and retention
Accounts currently use the smariit-dev project, including real Beta accounts. It is not a disposable test database. Account data is retained while the account is maintained; provider backups and security logs may have separate retention settings. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion. Identity verification may be needed for requests.
Contact and changes
Contact hello@smariit.com with account privacy questions. This notice describes the current Beta. We will update it when account processing changes, including before introducing cloud synchronization.
